Craft Beer Sales Representative – Specialty Beer Distribution (Lancaster/York Counties)

Westy’s Beer Distributor, Inc. is seeking a dependable and trustworthy individual to act as a full-time outside sales representative in York and Lancaster Counties. The ideal candidate will have opportunities to expand their role and pay throughout our growing wholesale distribution business. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a great team of individuals driven to deliver the best quality Craft Beer to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Work independently to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.

• Identify opportunities to open new accounts and grow brands.

• Successfully reach or exceed monthly sales goals.

• Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts.

• Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis.

• Proper merchandising of accounts with point of sale (POS) advertising, including set up and organization of displays.

• Ensure that products are rotated and code policy followed.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Marketing, sales or Management preferred.

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably in the craft beer industry.

• In depth knowledge of the Craft Beer industry and products.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability and willingness to work independently.

 

Compensation

- $30,000-$40,000 depending on experience. As we grow, so can you!
